Hi, this is an itinerary to arrive to the meeting point from Florence.

Near Florence airport you take motorway (toll road) A11 in the direction of Pisa. You
will pass by Prato Est, Prato Ovest, Pistoia and Montecatini after which you leave the motorway at the exit Chiesina Uzzanese, which is 51 kms from the Florence entry gate. After you leave the motorway (toll road) turn right in the direction of Pescia. Keep going straight on for 9kms and you will arrive in Pescia. On the right hand side of the road before the traffic lights you will see a big supermarket "Esselunga", stop here and get provisins for the week or at least to last you over the weekend as all the shops are shut on Sundays, in this supermarket you can pay by credit card.
On leaving the supermarket carry straight on in the direction of Montecatini . At each traffic light go straight over(the river should always be on your right) At the third traffic light the is a Carabinieri station on the left ,keep straight on passing San Lorenzo Residence on your right until you get to the village of Pietrabuona (approx. 3kms from Pescia).Contnue on the main roadand pass by roadsigns on the left for Medicina,Fibialla,S.Quirico: Follow thew main road in the direction of Sorana,Vellano,Lanciole, until after 1km you reach a fork in the road,take the left hand lower fork in the direction of Sorana, Lanciole, Pontito : Once on this road keep going straight on for 10 kms until you arrive at Lanciole, after the signal of the Village you will see a big parking on your right (just 50 metres after this signal) where normally the bus stop. There are two rubbish boxes on your left in the opposite side of the ropad, and an house ruins in front of you, please stop there, I wilkl reach you there! If your mobile phone here no work very well., don't worry, make two three steps and you will have the signal again.

And from Pisa: Near Pisa airport you take motorway (toll road)
A11 in the direction of Florence. You will pass by Lucca,
Capannori, Altopascio after which you leave the motorway at the
exit Chiesina Uzzanese
after you leave the motorway (toll road) turn right in the
direction of Pescia. From here, please follow the indication written above.
